Do We Deliver?
You bet we do. We overnight our gourmet chocolate dipped strawberries NATIONWIDE. We also deliver the same day in the greater Los Angeles area.

What days do you deliver?
For nationwide shipping, we deliver Tuesday through Saturday. Since we cannot guarantee freshness for two-day delivers, we do NOT deliver on Sunday or Monday. For Los Angeles delivery, we deliver Monday through Saturday. Sunday deliveries can be arranged in advance.

How do you keep your strawberries fresh?
We ship our strawberries in a special, insulated box and during the hot months we include a frozen gel package. We also take great care in packing the strawberries to make sure they travel well.

My berries weren't cold when they arrived and the ice pack was melted, is that okay?
Absolutely! As a matter of fact, they are best enjoyed at room temperature. The box is meant to protect them from excessive heat, not to keep them cold.

How long do they last?
We recommend that the strawberries be enjoyed the day they arrive. Some customers have put them in the refrigerator and kept them a few extra days.

What kind of chocolate do you use?
Delicious chocolate. Our chocolate is something you would find in only the finest restaurants. We have had many people tell us that they feel that our chocolate covered strawberries are the best they have ever had. On an interesting note, many people who do not like white chocolate, find ours delicious.

Did the celebrities on your site really eat your chocolate dipped strawberries?
That's one of the fun things about being in the movie capital of the world. The celebrities on our site have all enjoyed our berries and we frequently have celebrities visit our shop in Studio City.

Are our products Kosher?
The chocolate that we use is certified Kosher by the manufacturer and we use fresh strawberries.

Your strawberries are so juicy, where do you get them?
Mostly from sunny California. Occasionally, from Florida.

Do you guarantee your strawberries?
ABSOLUTELY! If you are not completely satisfied, we will either re-send another gift or give you a full refund. We stand by our product.

Can I get different colors of chocolate?
We dip everything fresh to order and are happy to do custom orders, so special orders are accepted. We can do pink or blue berries. We can also, do Elegant Berries in the color of your bridal party. Advanced notice is required and an additional cost will apply.

Do you cater weddings or parties?
Absolutely. We have even shipped 175 of our Elegant Berries as far as Philly for a wedding. Just give us a call and we'll help you out.

What do you do with my email address?
First of all, we will never sell or share your address; it is for our internal use only. We will send out occasional emails telling you about new products or online discounts. You can also opt-out at any time.

If I haven't ordered anything, can I still be put on your mailing list?
Sure, just send an email to clients-on@mailings.berryelegance.com and you will automatically be added. After that, you can opt-out at any time.

Can I use my own shipper or account number?
Certainly. Just call us and we'll figure it out.
